Service Description

During all posing sessions we cover every facet of posing for Women’s Bikini or Women’s Wellness. Proper stretching techniques prior to posing practice will be discussed, how often to practice posing, how to stand prior to walking on and signing off of stage, the “bikini walk” & how to maintain your posture during mandatory poses. It's recommended to begin posing well before show day. We do our very best in teaching all of our competitors how to look and feel confident within their presentation! We will build the foundation for your routine (Front pose/Transition poses/Back pose). We will create the best routine that showcases your physique and captures your unique personality. We can discuss further on the best suit-cut and design, hair, tan, makeup etc that best fits your body type.
