Kristin is Co-Owner of and Head Trainer at Team Thrive Athletics. She is also a military spouse and mother of her son with one pup!

She grew up in a small town where High School sports were an event for the whole town to join in on. She would go from CIF championship basketball practices and games straight into dance class rehearsals and shows. She knows how to train like an athlete through blood, sweat and tears while also gracing the stage with poise and sophistication. She has had many hobbies and passions in her adult life, but fitness has always been a constant for her. Though she holds a degree in Early Childhood Education, being a spouse of an active duty service member means relocating from numerous stateside and overseas locations. In 2013 she began personal training, while also becoming a bootcamp and group fitness instructor. It wasn’t long until she began training for her first ever bikini competition. She says, “The moment I stepped off my first stage, I knew I wanted more!” She went on to earn her bikini Pro Card through the ANBF that same year and became a 3x Nationally Qualified bikini athlete through the NPC. 2015 is when she took the stage at the IFBB North Americans. 2016 is when she gave birth to their son but it wasn’t until 2021 when she made the decision to grace the stage yet again!

She is now a back-to-back 2021-2022 2nd place Amateur Olympia Japan medalist. This year she is gunning to earn that Pro Card as an IFBB Bikini Pro. 

She has coached many women for their first bodybuilding competition as well as instructing seasoned competitors on posing routines. She is thrilled to be able to share her experiences with you and help guide you through this exciting time as becoming a bodybuilder.
