We can not wait to hear all about how your week went 🖤 However, if we do not receive your check in we will not be able to provide you with your weekly coaching feedback. No matter how the week went - fill out your check-in!
You will receive feedback from your coaches by the end of the day tomorrow. In the event changes need to be made to your training or nutrition plans they will be posted before your next check in day.
